Remarks on state of social media in wake of January 6th Capitol Insurrection

The Prosocial Design Network believes that events like the January 6th insurrection are a consequence of how the existing major social media corporations have handled inflammatory actors. ‍

There is a clear consensus that social media needs to change, but little consensus as to how it should change. We were founded to collect and share the best answers to that question, and the evidence backing those answers.
